Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t�h day of October . 19 85
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTIO14 NO. 85- 802
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR WATSON-FORSBERG COMPANY FOR TLC
POLYFORM (94076)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for TLC Polyform located at 13055 15th Avenue North, was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 84-702; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $53,000.00 for all exterior improvements, except landscaping;
and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Bond No.
47-0130-11142-84 in the amount of $53,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Watson -Forsberg Company for TLC Polyform l9cated at 13055 15th Avenue
North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
