HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-799CITY OF PLYHMHH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of October 1gal. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, CouncilmemberS Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none c -. CouncilmPmhpr Srhnpidpr introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 799 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND VARIANCES FOR SCOVILLE PRESS (85082) WHEREAS, Scoville Press has requested approval for Site Plan Amendment and Variances for an approximate 8,000 sq, ft, expansion of their building at 14505 27th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Scoville Press for Site Plan Amendment and Variances for an expansion of their building at 14505 27th Avenue, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum 2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approv- als per Ordinance provisions. 4. Approved Variances include: a. A 0 ft. setback from the building to bituminous on the south side of the proposed expansion area and a 5 ft. setback from the bituminous to the building. b. Lot coverage up to 40 percent per Section 10, Subdivision C., 12., for establishment of less than 5 years duration. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by .n,n ilm mb r Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained:: none /hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
