HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-791CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of October , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain. Neils. Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: nong Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 791 DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 505 %ENIUM LANE WHEREAS, the following described parcels of homesteaded land shall be assessed for the first 165 feet of frontage; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following parcels shall be deferred for that portion of the assessment that applies to the street frontage that exceeds 165 feet in the manner as stated for a period not to exceed five (5) years, provided however, that if the property is sold, not used by the owner for his homestead, further subdivided during that five year period, the deferred assessment shall become payable in full. 15-118-22-34-0007 $135,098.88 15-118-22-42-0006 6,900.50 15-118-22-43-0001 4,051.20 15-118-22-43-0044 5,764.00 22-118-22-12-0002 16,306.02 22-118-22-21-0001 5,213.40 $173,334.00 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
