HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-787CITY OF PUNOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of October , 1985. The following members were presena or Davenport, Counci members Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliw The follow ng members were absent: none AAA *tet **s Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 787 DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 509 NIAGARA LANE IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the following described parcel of homesteaded land shall be assessed for the first 165 feet of frontage; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following parcels shall be deferred for that portion of the assessment that applies to the street frontage that exceeds 165 feet in the manner as stated for a period not to exceed five (5) years, provided however, that if the property is sold, not used by the owner for his homestead, further subdivided during that five year period, the deferred assessment shall become payable in full. 28-118-22-31-0001 $25,765.25 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
