HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-769BCITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day of September , 1985. The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-7698 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - DEERWOOD ESTATES 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 23, 1985, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Deerwood Estates 4th Addition by the installation of an ornamental residential street light and this report was received by the Council on September 23, 1985; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted September 23, 1985. The petitioners have . waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power CoApany. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain. Neils and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
