its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-768
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
TYRELL ADDITION (FORMERLY ANHURST ADDITION)
PROJECT NO. 530
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of sanitary
sewer and watermain, storm sewer, bituminous street and concrete curb and
gutter for the Tyrell Addition, including 46th Avenue from Juneau Lane to the
easterly line of Amhurst 7th Addition, utilities and streets in the southerly
700 feet of Kingsview Lane and the first cul-de-sac to the west of Kingsview
Lane (Kingsview Circle), all in the proposed plat of Tyrell Addition (formerly
Amhurst Addition).
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Northdale Construction of Rogers, Minnesota is
the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the attached contract with Northdale Construction Company of
Rogers, Minnesota in the name of the City for the improvement of the
Tyrell Addition, Project No. 530 according to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in
the office of the City Clerk.

2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits
of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Crain, Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
