Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spprjal meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wah held on the _ off- day
of SPntpmhpr , 1985. The following members were present:
Deouty Mayor Schneider. CnuncilmPmhPrc Crain Npi S and Vacilloii
The following members were absent: Maynr navanport .
Councilmemher Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-761
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
TRENTON PLACE FIRST ADDITION (81043)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 9, 1982, U.S. Home
Corporation, developer of Trenton Place First Addition (81043), has agreed to
install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect
the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $17,407 to $ 0 (zero) to reflect
the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter is
accepted as of September 23, 1985 for continual maintenance subject to the one year
guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counrilmamhpr Npilg , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
. following voted in favor thereof: LISP114rs

Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
