Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day
of September 1985. The following members were present: Deputy Mayor
Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
_COuncilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-760
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
FOX RUN ADDITION (82066)
WHEREAS; in accordance ,ith the development contract dated October 12, 1983,
Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc., developer of Fox Run Addition (82066) has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect
the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Storm Sewer
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction
Street Signs
Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning
Park and Trail Improvements

Control Plan
Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $44,644 to $9,776 to reflect the
completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter is
accepted as of September 23, 1985 for the continual maintenance subject to the one
year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemh_r Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Dagutry Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers
Crain_ Nails and Vasilinu
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
