Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wad held on the 23rd day
. of September , 1985. The following members were present: Dpi; Mayor
Schneider. Councilmembers Crain Neils and Vasilinu
The following members were absent: Mayor DavPnonrt
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 759
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
CRITERION M.P.U.D. (A-814)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated May 13, 1980, Zachman
Homes, Inc. and Duane N. and Gabriele C. Hall, developers of Criterion M.P.U.D.
(A-814), have agreed agreed to install certain improvements for said development;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect
the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the bonding requirements are reduced
as follows:
