Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Snpcial meeting rf the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of Spntamhpr - 193r.

Councilmp_mhp_r Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 754
APPROVING A HOME OCCUPATION CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THOMAS LFVERENZ AT 14005 COUNTY
ROAD 9 (85085)
WHEREAS, Thomas Leverenz has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation
that would involve the operation of a real estate property management and sales office,
and tax accounting service at 14005 County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Thomas Leverenz for a
Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation that would involve the operation of a real
estate property management and sales office, ano tax accountinc; ervice at 14005 County
Road 9, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Mr. Thomas Leverenz as operator of the facility and shall
not be transferable.
3. The site shall he maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use.
5. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions.
6. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemher Npils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: duty ayor Schnpidpr} Councilmpmhprs

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
