HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-753CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a S ecial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the rd day of September 1935. The following members were present: Deputy MayorTERe-Mer, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport atf w.. off Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIONS NO. 85-153 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR MISSION TRAILS FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (55091) (RPUD 76-1) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Mission Trails as requested by Lundgren Brothers Construction Company; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Provisions for a 30 -ft. wide trail outlot per Comprehensive Park Plan, as verified by the Parks and Engineering Departments, with submittal of detailed plans as to construction of the trail per City standards. 3. Payment of park dedicaton fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs and according to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 5. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of the approved RPUD 76-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by C- ncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:eputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
