Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Srarial meeting of the City Council of

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-749
DENYING COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT TO SEWER ELEMENT FOR ROBERT LAMSON LOCATED AT
100 BLACK OAKS LANE (85084)
WHEREAS, Robert Lamson has requested approval of servicing land with sanitary sewer
from adjoining communities, which is other than called for in the Sanitary Sewer
Element of the Comprehensive Plan for property at 100 Black Oaks Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request by Robert Lamson to serve
land with sanitary sewer via means other than called for in the Sanitary Sewer
Element of the Comprehensive Plan for property at 100 Black Oaks Lane, based on the
following:
1. The land could and should be serviced with utilities from Plymouth in accordance
with the adopted Comprehensive Plan.
2. Compliance with the variance criteria has not been established.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers
Crain. Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
