HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-748CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of September . 1985• The following members were present: Deputy Hayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-748 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ROBERT GERSBACH FOR MEDICINE LAKESHORE ADDITION (85083) WHEREAS, Robert Gersbach has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat for Medicine Lakeshore Addition for two single family residential lots at 2540 West Medicine Lake Drive; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for Robert Gersbach for Medicine Lakeshore Addition located at 2540 West Medicine Lake Drive, subject to the following: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Provisions for a 30 ft. wide trail outlot per Comprehensive Park Plan, as veri- fied by the Parks and Engineering Departments. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in an amount determined according to verified acreage and according to the Dedi- cation Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat with Hennepin County. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied for any new structures or additions. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the final plat. 7. Appropriate legal documents, covenants, and restrictions as approved by the City Attorney prior to filing the final plat, allowing for shared access and drive which shall be filed and recorded with the final plat. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Flavor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, ine roiiowing votes against or aDstalneu: ngne Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
