Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 91rd day of SPptpmhpr . Its_-

Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mays Davenport
Councilmember Npils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 745
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND EAST OF
TURTLE LAKE AND NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 (85081)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
east of Turtle Lake and north of County Road 9 from FRO (future restricted
development) District to R -1A (low density single family residential) District in
conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for Quail Ridge of Plymouth (RPUD 85-5);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Quail Midge of
Plymouth (RPUD 85-5) to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of
said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: DeDutV Mavor Schneider. CouncilmemhPrs
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
