Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 743
APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PLAN FOR DEAN R. JOHNSON,
CENVESCO, INC. FOR QUAIL RIDGE OF PLYMOUTH (RPUD 85-5)
WHEREAS, Dean R. Johnson, Cenvesco, Inc. has requested approval of a Residential
Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for the development of Quail Ridge of Plymouth
for 141 single family dwellings on 94.5 acres located east of Turtle Lake and north
of County Road 9; and,
WHER`.-'AS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Informational Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Residential Planned Unit Devel-
opment Concept Plan for Dean R. Johnson, Cenvesco, Inc. for a development to be known
as Quail Ridge of Plymouth consisting of 141 single family dwelling units on approxi-
mately 94.5 acres located east of Turtle Lake and north of County Road 9, subject to
the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Staging of the development shall be in accordance with utility availability as
approved by the City Engineer.
3. Maximum density shall he 2.03 units per acre for the land at or above the estab-
lished high water elevation per the adopted City Storm Water Drainage Plan as
verified by the City Engineer.
4. No private drive access shall he permitted to County Road 9; all private drives
shall be provided by internal public streets.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Deputy Hayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Crain. Neils and Vasiliou
