Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of _Spntemher • 1ti-
The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Schneider, CouncilmemhPrc_ Crain -
Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-741
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCES
FOR DAMES AND FRANCES SCHURTER (File 85071)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division and Variances for dames and
Frances Schurter for property located at 16810 12th Avenue under Resolution No. 85-740;
NOW, THEREFJRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3.
Payment of park dedication
fees -in -lieu of dedication
prior to
issuance of
Building Permit in accordance
with City Policy in effect
at the time of
filing of
the Division.
4.
No Building Permit to be issued
until The Lot Division
is filed
with
Hennepin
County.
5.
Submittal of all necessary
utility easements prior to filing
Lot
Division
with Hennepin County.
6.
Approved Variances are lot sizes of 15,941 and 15,984 sq.
ft.; and,
lot
width of
96 ft.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain.
Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
