Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of Se tember . 19 85
The following members were present: Deputy 1ayor Sc Heider, Counci members
Crain, Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 740
APPROVING LOT DIVISIO14 AND VARIANCES FOR JAMES AND FRANCES SCHURTER (85071)
WHEREAS, James and Frances Schurter have requested approval for a Lot Division and
Variances for land located at 16810 12th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
0 Lot 4, Block 1, CITY VIEW ACRES, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be divided as follows:
PARCEL A:
Lot 4, Block 1, CITY VIEW ACRES, Hennepin County, Minnesota except the north 166.5
feet thereof.
PARCEL B:
The North 166.5 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, CITY VIEW ACRES, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by '*-1
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
