Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of SeptpmhPr . 19BC;'
The following members were present: Deputy Havor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain.
Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-739
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
AT 5620 PINEVIEW LANE (85070)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
5620 Pineview Lane from FRD (future restricted development) District to R -1A (low
density single family residential) District in conjunction with approval of the Final
Plat for Fitch Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
. MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Fitch Addition to
be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers
Crain, Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
