Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Spprial meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 91rrd day of _qPptamhar - 19—r

CnunrilmPmhPrc NPilc introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-738
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR FITCH
ADDITION FOR ROBERT FITCH, FITCH CONSTRUCTION (85070)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Fitch Addition as requested
by Robert Fitch, Fitch Construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be published upon evidence that the
Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
