Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 'Lard day of September . 19 85

rnuncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 737
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR ROBERT FITCH, FITCH CONSTRUCTION FOR FITCH ADDITION (85070)
WHEREAS, Robert Fitch, Fitch Construction has requested approvit for Final Plat for
Fitch Addition, a plat for two single family residential lots located at 5620 Pineview
Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Robert Fitch,
Fitch Construction for Fitch Addition located at 5620 Pineview Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnuncilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
