Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolutinn and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 733
APPROVING ON -SALE WINE AND BEER LICENSES
FOR LYDIA WANG, CHIN YUEN RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, application for On -Sale Wine and Beer Licenses have been received from
Lydia Wang for the Chin Yuen Restaurant, 10820 Highway 55, for consideration and
approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code,
Chapter XII, Section 1200; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that On -Sale Wine and Beer Licenses be approved for
Chin Yuen Restaurant, 10820 Highway 55, Plymouth, MH 55447 for Lydia Wang for
the period October 1, 1985 through January 31, 1986.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, tTie
