Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of September

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-731
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A POLICY RELATING TO THE SELECTION OF CONSULTANTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 82-344, dated duly 12, 1982, adopted a policy relating to the
selection of consultants, which was subsequently amended by Resolution No. 83-581,
dated October 17, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of insuring the consultant selection policy
accurately reflect the actual practices of the City Council with respect to this
matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does adopt a revised policy relating to the
selection of consultants dated September 16, 1985 in order to more accurately reflect
the Council's policy with respect to this matter.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, Me—
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
