Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �pgLj1ar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of SPptPmhgr . 19ju.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Council members: Neils, asiliou,
. Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-729
RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS TO THE PORT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City is authorized by Chapter 192, Laws of 1985, to establish a Port
Authority; and
WHEREAS, this Council by Resolution No. 85-729 has established a Port Authority,
which Port Authority shall consist of three commissioners appointed by the City
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
. that in accordance with the authority granted this Council pursuant to Minnesota
State Statutes, Section 458.09 and Chapter 192, Laws of 1985, does hereby appoint the
following individuals to the terms noted as commissioners of the Port Authority of
the City of Plymouth:

0. J. "Lon" Heinitz December 31, 1987
David Crain December 31, 1989
David J. Davenport December 31, 1991
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember C ain , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
