Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota Was held on the 16th day
of September----, 1985. The following members were present:
Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-726
APPROVING EASEMENT FOR ACCESS TO LOT 4, BLOCK 2
SNYDER'S LAKEVIEW ADDITION
WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 4, Block 2, Snyder's Lakeview Addition has requested
the City of Plymouth for an easement over City owned property for access to
said Lot 4; and
WHEREAS, said easement would provide access from Highway 101; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous in obtaining drainage and ponding easements for
Snyder's Lake over said lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute
an easement granting access over City owned property to said Lot 4.
FURTHER, said easement shall not be executed until the City of Plymouth
receives from the property owner an easement for ponding and drainage purposes
for Snyder's Lake on said Lot 4.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneiecr and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
