Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
September , 1985. The following members were present: ayor avenport,
. Councilmembers: Neils, Vasiliou, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 725
ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 534
CARLSON CENTER 6TH ADDITION
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 6, 1985, a report
has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. with respect to the improve%ent
of Carlson Center 6th Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of 7 -ton bituminous street
with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, watermain, sanitary sewer
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the improvements were to be considered with the Final Plat of Carlson
Center 6th Addition, and said plat was approved by the City Council on August
26, 1985.
10NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the improvements outlined in said report are hereby ordered; and
2. That the improvements will be constructed by change order to Project
216
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers: Neils,
Vagilinu_ Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
