Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tht. 16th day of September 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, ouncilmembers: Neils,
Vasiliou. Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 716
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION Or .,ITE PE191-)RMANCE GUARANTEE FOR PLYMOUTH SUPERETTES, INC.

WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Plymouth Superettes, Inc, located at 4130 Highway 101 was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 85-260; and,
WHEREAS, the developer Lubmitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Time Investor Certificate in the amount of $52,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Time Investor Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Time Investor
Certificate No. 5965 in the amount of $52,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvement; for Plymouth Superettes, Inc. located at 4130 Highway 101, to $10,000.00.
Tree motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers: Neils,
Vaszliou_ Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
