Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymoutn, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of September 19$ry
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers: Neils.
Vasiliou Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 714
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES FOR SAGAMORE CONDOMINIUMS, QUALITY
HOMES, INC. (81004)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Sagamore Condominiums, Quality Homes, Inc., located at Union
Terrace and 43rd Avenue North, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 81-285;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantees in the form
of a Bond in the amount of S18,600.00; a Bond in the amount of $14,400.00; a Bond in
the amount of $17,690.00; a Bond in the amount of $58,757.00; and,
.WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspP^Ted said site and
recommends release of the Bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Bond No. 514410
in the amount of $18,600.00; the release of Bond No. 514411 in the amount of
$14,400.00; the release of Bond No. 54-23064 in the amount of $17,690.00; and, Bond
No. 54-23062 in the amount of $58,757.00 which were submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Sagamore Condominiums, Quality .!omes, Inc. at Union Terrace and 43rd
Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor uayenport, Councilmembers: Neils,
Vasiliou, Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
