Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on tie 9th

Vasillou
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-705
APPROVING GAMBLING PERMIT
WEST MEDICINE LAKE COMMUNITY CLUB
WHEREAS, an application for a state license to conduct lawful gambling has been
received from Jerry Murphy of West Medicine Lake Community Club pursuant to
M.S. 349.213; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated the applicant and finds no
reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, the City must, within thirty days of application, approve or disapprove
said application and notify the Charitable Gambling Control Board of Its action;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that the application of Jerry Murphy, West Medicine Lake Community
Club, is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon,
following voted In favor there -577: Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou e
