Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day
of Se tember , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Co—uncilmemDers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-702
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION FOR
34TH AVENUE, EAST OF FERNBROOK LANE
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of 34th Avenue, East of
Fernbrook Lane was filed with the Council on September 9, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH that the petition is referred to the Director of Public Works to be
placed on file and considered with the 1986 CIP.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember VaSiliOu , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
