Pursuant t.: due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 9th day
of September , 1985. The following members were present:Mavor Davenport,Ounc lmemDer5 Neils. Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-699
RES1LUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
1985 REMOVAL AND DESTRUCTION OF DISEASED TREES
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 9, 1985 the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for certain charges for
removal and destruction of diseased trees on certain lands within the City as
provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 7th day of October, 1985 in the
City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center. 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed
assessment and at such time and place all persons awning property
affected will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such
. assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of bearing nn the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the
total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice
to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, Lbe
