The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councimem ers Nei s, Schneider, Crain b Vasiliou. The following members were absent: none iii iii *** Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 688 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 216 COUNTY ROAD NO. 61 WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 9, 1985 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvements: County Road 61 from approximately 50 feet South of the Junction of Southridge Road to approximately 757 feet North of the Junc- tion of 6th Avenue North by the Installation of sanitary sewer and watermain lateral, storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appur- tenances; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA 1. A hearing shall be held on the 7th day of October, 1985 in the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule- vard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
