CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day
of September , 1985. The following members Were present�ayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils. Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-672
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1985 UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT N0. 530
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
This work shall include the installation of water and sewer service line on
46th Avenue and the construction of storm sewer lines on 46th Avenue within the
Tyrell Addition. All of the appropriate specifications regarding materials,
quality control, mechanical compaction, installation and other items from the
original contract shall apply to this work. The following work shall be added
to the contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order
No. 1 for the 1985 Utility and
Street
Improvements and contract for Project
530 adding $56,653.50 is hereby
approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
