Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
9th day of September-- , 1935. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, ounc mem ers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 671
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1985 STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 403
HADLEY WOODS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
This change order provides for the deletion of the bituminous wear course
from the project on Hadley Woods, Project 403 as requested by the
Developer. Any damage to the bituminous binder course due to the
Developer's heavy truck traffic will not be the responsibility of
Preferred Paving, Inc. The final bituminous wear course will be installed
under a future construction project.
Total Estimated Cost of Change Order No. 1 $0.00
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 1985 Street Improvements and
contract Project 404 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for the 1985 Street Improvements
contract, Project No. 404 is hereby approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilowbers Neils,
Crain Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
