Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day
of September , 1985. The following members were present: May0r Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils. Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent:
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-670
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 7
DUNKIRK LANE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated July 26, 1985 for Progressive
Contractors, Inc., has been prepared by Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. and
payment is recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $120,161.59 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project No. 408.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc 1inember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
