Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of Se tember . 1185.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenports cilmembers Rel I s,
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 666
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR CARLSON
PROPERTIES (85090)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Carlson Properties for prop-
erty located within Carlson Center Second Addition at the northeast corner of County
Road 15 and I-494 under Resolution No.85-665 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior
to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage
facilities.
4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
Hennepin County.
6. Access for Parcel 2 shall he aligned with the Cheshire Lane intersection. Parcel
1 shall access Berkshire Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly morn ded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
