the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of September 19 85,
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Nei s,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 665
APPROVING VARIANCES FROM THE SUBDIVISION CODE FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR CARLSON
COMPANIES (85090)
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties has requested approval of Variances from the Subdivision
Code for division of platted land to divide a 13 acre parcel into two 4 acre and 9 acre
parcels located at the northeast corner of County Road 15 and I-494;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby ),;es approve the following division:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 1, Block 1, CARLSON CENTER SECOND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat
thereof.
To be divided as follows:
PARCEL 1:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Carlson Center Second Addition, according to the re-
corded plat thereof, lying easterly of the following described line: Commencing
at the northeast corner of said lot; thence South 89 d.-grees 34 minutes 25 seconds
West, assumed bearing, a distance of 420.51 feet along the northerly line of said
lot to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 0 degrees
26 minutes 07 seconds East a distance of 546.68 feet to the southeasterly line of
said lot and there terminating.
PARCEL 2:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Carlson Center Second Addition, according to the re-
corded plat thereof, lying westerly of the following described line: Commencing
at the northeast corner of said lot; thence South 89 degrees 34 minutes 25 seconds
West, assumed bearing, a distance of 420.51 feet along the northerly line of said
lot to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 0 degrees
26 minutes 07 seconds East a distance of 546.68 feet to the southeasterly line of
said lot and there terminating.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the nec;:ssary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly semfAed by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: ayor venport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider Crain and Vasiliou
Wrollowing voted against or abstained: none
Rhereupon the Resolution was declared duly .
