HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-663CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of Se tember 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-663 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY FOR REVIS- IONS TO APPROVED MPUD PLAN FOR "NORTHWEST BUSINL_SS CAMPUS" (85080) (MPUD 61-1) WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America has requested a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to revise the approved MPUD Plan for "Northwest Business Campus" (MPUD 81-1); and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Prudential Insurance Company of America for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to revise Areas A and C of the MPUD Plan for "Northwest Business Campus" (MPUD 81-1), subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Compliance with Resolution Nos. 81-281, 81-846 and terms of Development Contract for Northwest Business Campus. 3. Development is subject to Ordinance site plan and related plan approval requirements. 4. Development shall be consistent with approved Environmental Assessment Worksheet. 5. In approving this Amendment to the Mixed Planned Unit Development Plan, the Council takes note of the co,lcept as set forth by Prudential for the conference center; and, if after one year a Building Permit has not been issued for a conference center, this approval will be null and void and the MPUD Plan will revert to the pre -Amendment status.
