the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of September . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Day nport,Z`ouncilmembers Nei is,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 662
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED AT
5415 PINEVIEW LANE (85069)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land at 5415
Pineview Lane from FRD (future restricted development) District to R -1A (low density
single family residential) District in conjunction with approval of Lot Division by
Resolution No. 85-660 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
.MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Rezoning to be finalized upon City
Council approval and filing of the Lot Division with Hennepin C-)unty prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Uor venPort, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
