Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of September 1985.
The following members were present:_ Mayor Davenport, Cou:cilwe&bers Hells,
Schneider Crain and Vasiliou
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-660
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR THERESA AND WILLIAM HILL FOR PROPERTY AT 5416 PINEVIEW LANE
(85069)
WHEREAS, Theresa and William Hill has requested approval for a Lot Division of an ap-
proximate one acre parcel at 5415 Pineview Lane to create an additional residential
lot;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Tract B, Registered Land Survey 1575, Hennepin County, Minnesota
to be divided as follows:
PARCEL A:
1W That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 1575, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
lying northerly of the following described line; commencing at the northeast cor-
ner of said Tract B; thence on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 07 minutes 04
seconds East along the east line of said Tract B, 75.00 feet to the point of be-
ginning of the line to be described; thence North 79 degrees 45 minutes 09 seconds
West 74.15 feet; thence South 76 degrees 51 minutes West 82.00 feet to a point on
the west line of said Tract B distant 116.35 feet south from the northwest corner
of said Tract B and there terminating.
PARCEL B:
That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 1575, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
lying southerly of the following described line; commencing at the northeast cor-
ner of said Tract B; thence on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 07 minutes 04
seconds East along the east line of said Tract B, 75.00 feet to the point of be-
ginning of the line to be described; thence North 79 degrees 45 minutes 09 seconds
West 74.15 feet; thence South 76 degrees 51 minutes West 82.00 feet to a point on
the west line of said Tract B distant 116.35 feet south from the northwest corner
of said Tract B and there terminating.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilwe■ber Vasillou , and upon vote being talon thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: gy-0—r—lavenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain, and Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared
