Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day ofShe te�mber 19 85.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 557
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR BERT BISBEE, PLYMOUTH C.W. FOR LEARNING TREE DAYCARE
CENTER (85068)
WHEREAS, Bert Bisbee, Plymouth C.W. for Learning Tree Daycare Center has requested con-
solidation of unplatted parcels for the purposes of constructing a building at the
southwest corner of Highway 55 and Xenium Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
All that part of the following described tract of land lying south of the south
right-of-way line of Trunk Highway No. 55; AND
That part of the hereinafter described tract of land lying south of the east and
west center line of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township
118, Range 22, said tract of land being described as follows: Commencing at the
Southeast corner of said Southwest 1/4 of said section; thence West along the
south line of said Southwest 1/4, 269.94 feet; thence north to a point on the
north line of the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of said section, which point is
268.62 feet West of the Northeast corner of said South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4;
thence east to the northeast corner of said South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4; thence
south to the point of beginning.
To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
of owing voted In favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
