The following members were presnt: Mayor Davenport, om -ilm mh rs Crain, Schneider and Vasilinu The following members were absent: Councilm_mb r Nails Councilmemh_r Schneider introduced the followir¢ Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 653 ORDERING AMENDMENT TO PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT ON PIKE LAKE INTERCEPTOR SEWER, PHASE II CITY PROJECT NO. 008 WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has previously prepared a preliminary engineering report on the Pike Lake Interceptor Sewer; and WHEREAS, Phase II of this sanitary sewer project is proposed to be located mostly within the property owned by Tennant Company; and WHEREAS, Tennant Company has provided the City of Plymouth three acceptable alternate alignments for this sanitary sewer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement as included in the previous report be updated and revised to consider the three alternate alignments as proposed by Tennant Company. The consulting engineer which prepared the previous report, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., are directed to update the previous report based upon these alternates. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by . rnimrilmamhpr rrain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain_ Schneider and Vacilinu The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
