Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the i h day of August 1965.
The following members were present: Fiayor Davenpor, ouncilmem e—R rain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 643
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PARKSIDE OF MEDICINE LAKE PARTNERSHIP
FOR PARKSIDE AT MEDICINE LAKE (RPUD 76-1) (A-338)
WHEREAS, Parkside at Medicine Lake Partnership has requested approval for Final Plat
for Parkside at Medicine Lake (RPUD 76-1), a plat for the development of 211 apartment
units in three buildings at County Road 9 and 41st Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
10 MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Parkside at Medicine Lake Partnership for Parkside at Medicine Lake
located at County Road 9 and 41st Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract Por said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly recorded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
