Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of August . 1985.
The following members were present:_ Mayor Davenport, ounci1members Crain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Neils
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-639
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR AEQUITRON MEDICAL, INC. (85065)
WHEREAS, Aequitron, Inc. has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat for one indus-
trial lot and right-of-way on 15.4 acres located in the northast quadrant of I-494
and County Road 6 intersection; and,
WHEREAS, the Pianning Comnission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for Aequitron,
Inc. for one industrial lot and right-of-way on 15.34 acres located in the northeast
quadrant of I-494 and County Road 6 intersection, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dy(nu trees from the property aL the owner's expense.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for sewer
and water.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit.
5. No Building Permits shall be issued until Lhts Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
6. No yard setbdck variances are granted or implied.
7. Access shall he restricted from County Road 6 and I-494.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: ounc members Crain, Schneider and
Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: Mayor Davenport
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
