• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on--UW-7M day of August 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport ncilmembers Crain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: WuncilMember Neils
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-633
APPROVING FINAL PLAT, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR CARLSON SIXTH
ADDITION FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (85031)
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties has requested approval for Final Plat and Conditional Use
Permit for Carlson Sixth Addition, a plat for 23 single family residential lots and
three outlots on 33 acres located in the southeast corner of County Road 15 and
Berkshire Lane; and,
WHEREAS, thy, Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
10MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat, Conditional Use
Permit and Development Contract for Carlson Properties for Carlson Sixth Addition
located in the southeast corner of County Road 15 and Berkshire Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat he approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and rite being LAM thereOm, tllw

Schneider and Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
