Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a
s regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th
day of ALpimt , 1985 The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport_ councilmembers Crain, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absents Councilmember Neils
Cnuacilmember Schneider Introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 628
RESOLUTION APPROVING LAWS 1985, CHAPTER 192
WHEREAS, Laws 1985, Chapter 192, entitled "Port Authority" has been enacted by
the 1985 legislature and requires approval by a majority of the City Council of
Plymouth, Minnesota before it becomes effective,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Laws 1985, Chapter 192, is hereby approved.
The motion for tic adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, Me

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Passed and adopted.
