HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-628-0001CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Cruncil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of December . 1982. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neil, Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: None Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-628 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR PLATTED PROPERTY IN FOX GLEN THIRD ADDITION (A-814) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the division of certain lots in Fox Glen Third Addition; and, WHEREAS, the City Engineer, per Council direction has reviewed a division of a platted lot in this subdivsion and found it consistent with the City Council approval of the Fox Glen Third Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve division of platted land in the Fox Glen Third Addition as follows: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION Lot 10, Block 1, FOX GLEN THIRD ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota PARCEL A: That part of Lot 10, Block 1, FOX GLEN THIRD ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota lyinq westerly of a line drawn from a point on the southerly line of said lot distant 41.80 feet northeasterly as measured along said south line from the southwest corner of said lot to a point on the north line of said lot distant 54.46 feet east from the northwest corner of said Lot 10 and there terminating. PARCEL B: That part of Lot 10, Block 1, FOX GLEN THIRD ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying easterly of a line drawn from a point on the southerly line of said lot distant 41.80 feet northeasterly as measured along said south line from the southwest corner of said lot to a point on the north line of said lot distant 54.46 feet east from the northwest corner of said Lot 10 and there terminating. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the ollowing voted In favor thereof: 5 Ayes The follow -Ing voted against or abstained: None ghereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
