Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of August . 19 g&

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt►on:
RESOLUTION NO. dj-626
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
EAST OF ZACHARY LANE, APPROXIMATELY ONE-HALF MILE NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 (95050)
WHEREAS, the City Council has aprroved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located east
of Zachary Lane, approximately ons; -half mile north of County Road 9 from FRO (future
restricted development) Districts to R -1A (low density single family residential)
District in conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for Deerwood Estates 5th
Addition (RPUD 85-4);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Parklands
Development Company for Deerwood F.stdtes 5th Addition (RPUD 85-4) to he filed with
Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
uggilmefter Vasiliou . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
roilowing voted in favor thereon Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Schnaidar.
