HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-619CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of August , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Coupcilmembers Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou of ,ttk ng members were absent: Councilmember Neils Councilmemher Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-619 ACCEPTANCE OF RELOCATED UTILITIES IN CONJUNCTION WITH BUILDING ADDITION FOR ADVANCE MACHINE COMPANY (A-519) WHEREAS, in accordance with Resolution No. 85-113 approving Master Plan, Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit and Variances for Advance Machine at 14600 21st Avenue North expansion of the facility was approved subject to certain con- ditions; and WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 was compliance with City Engineer's memorandum; and WHEREAS, Condition No 26B in said Engineer's memorandum required construction and acceptance of the relocated sanitary sewer and watermain prior to issuance of a building permit; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed the construction of the relocated utilities as noted above; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested acceptance of the utilities by the City . for maintenance and provided a $25,000 maintenance bond guaranteeing the completed work for a period of one year; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the sanitary sewer and watermain facilities relocated in conjunction with a building addition for Advance Machine Company are hereby accepted for continual maintenance by the City as of August 19, 1985 subject to the one year guarantee by Hayes Contractors, Inc. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
