Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day
of August , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Counct mem ers c Heider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 85-617
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
I-494/COUNTY ROAD 15 IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 129
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the I-494/County Road 15 Improvements Contract for Project 129:
1. Extend 5" conduit from bridge abutment to end of wing walls
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for the I-494/County Road 15 Improvements
Contract, Project 129 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 4 for I-494/County Road 15
Improvements Contract, Project 129 by adding $5,527.50 is approved and the
existing contract price of $4,058,164.72 is revised to $4,063,692.22.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Co n_ilmemh rc Schnoidpi
Crain and Vasiliou
