Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plyjrouth, Minnesota, was held o—FIEW 19th day of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-615
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, the Citv of Plymouth has adopted the Trail System Plan as part of its
total Comprehensive Plan, and
WHEREAS, in order to construct a part of said trail, the following permanent
easement is required, and
WHEREAS, the Citv Council finds it necessary, proper and in the interests of
the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City
of Plymouth for the City to acquire said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence
condemnation proceedings for the following described easement within the
following described parcel:
Description of Parcel
Lot 6, Block Two, Freund's 2nd Addition, including the adjacent Teakwood Lane
vacated, Hennepin County Minnesota according to the recorded plat thereof
(22-118-22-12-0025).
Description of Easement
A permanent easement for trail purposes over, under, across and through that
part of the above described parcel formerly known as Teakwood Lane, now vacated,
or the east 30 feet of the above described parcel.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol ow1ng Voted in avor t ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed iM adopted.
